Midnight Rambler was shown for the first time at 2014 Royal Canberra Show where he was the blue ribbon winner in the Intermediate Brown Class. He has excellent conformation with a soft handling dense fleece that retains good crimp structure.
We are predominately a white/light fawn breeder so Midnight Rambler has had little use here. However his last progeny, a beautiful solid brown female Jandarra Nutmeg, is a good representation of the quality he can produce. A sample of Nutmeg's fleece is shown above. Nutmeg was sold to Cheryl McGowan at the 2020 Online Breeders Choice Alpaca Auction
